Jacob Erwin Wetterling, from St. Joseph Minnesota, who disappeared October 22, 1989 (aged 11)
In 1989, 11 year-old Jacob Wetterling was kidnapped in St. Joseph, Minnesota, in the USA.
His whereabouts are unknown.
Jacob, his brother, and a friend were cycling home when a masked gunman came out of a driveway and ordered the boys to throw their bikes into a ditch and lie down on the ground.
In 2009, the Milwaukee Police Department discovered child pornography and an alleged video of Jacob Wetterling, taken before the abduction.
These items were found in the home of Vernon Seitz, 62, of the St. Francis, Wisconsin, area.
Seitz had died in his house.
Seitz himself had been abducted and tortured in 1959, and family said he was thus concerned for Wetterling from personal history.[4]
In October 2015, a second suspect was publicly named in regards to Wetterling's disappearance (only as a person of interest).
ST. PAUL, Minesota, Oct. 18 1984 - "Kathleen Morris, the prosecutor who led the investigation of the possible murder of children in a child pornography ring, today turned the case over to Hubert Humphrey, the State Attorney General....
"Humphrey said his office was deluged with complaints from citizens after Morris abruptly dropped charges against 21 adults in the Jordan, Minn., area who faced 400 counts of child sexual abuse.
"She said she dropped the charges to avoid releasing 126 pages of secret papers that could compromise ''an active criminal investigation of great magnitude.''
"It was recently reported that several children told the authorities three to six children were killed in the summer of 1983 as part of a child pornography operation.
"A therapist who interviewed one youngster quoted the child as saying several people at a party took the boy 'like an animal and hung him over a tub until he bled out enough to be wrapped in a canvas tarp. Then he was put into a truck and never seen by the kid again.'
"Jack Erskine, superintendent of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, said: ''What bothers us is three of the children have said it at three different times to three different people and their stories are very similar,'' Mr. Erskine said.
"Susan Phipps-Yonas, a psychologist hired by Scott County, said more than six children told of slayings ''they either witnessed or witnessed and participated in.''
'''I find the children's stories very persuasive,' she said. 'There is enough consistency in the details of the stories to make one believe things they describe really did happen.'
"The Scott County authorities originally charged 24 adults with sexual abuse of children.
"Two were acquitted ... and two others were on trial when the charges were dropped."
In 1993 an article in U.S. News & World Report exposed a Washington D.C. group called 'The Finders'.
Reportedly the CIA ran a 'Finders cult' which kidnapped children and supplied them to politicians and other people it wanted to control.
Reportedly the project involved the torture and brainwashing of children.
The police found a file called 'Pentagon Break-in,' and references to activities in Moscow, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, North Vietnam, North Korea, Africa, London, Germany, Europe and the Bahamas.
"The police arrested two well-dressed men with a van full of kids, aged 2 to 7, all of whom were unwashed and without underpants ... 'gifted' children being taken to Mexico for 'special education'...
"Their Washington headquarters were busted.
"There police found ... a bloody altar surrounded by video cameras...
"Many photos and videos (of both porn and satanic ritual) ... computers and telexes with orders from all over the world specifying particular 'looks' for children all of whom, one presumes, were to be kidnapped and trafficked overseas.
"In addition to all this were procedural handbooks detailing how to infiltrate child-minding centres and how to traffic children whilst avoiding police attention...
"The entire investigation was completely shut down with a single click of the CIA's fingers?
"It seems the Finders' leader, Marion Pettie, had been CIA since the days of the OSS.
"And not forgetting his spook wife and spook son.
"Faced with the obviousness of the Finders as a total CIA gig, the media refused to touch it at all apart from a solitary article in the US News and World Report."
James refers to obvious Cover Ups that show the same pattern as Hampstead:
1.The Finders group members, arrested in Tallahasee in 1987.
The Finders group was run by the CIA.
The police found evidence that the Finders were involved in the Satanic ritual abuse of large numbers of young children.
The CIA organised a cover-up.

"Initial reports from the Tallahassee Police made mention of 'clear signs of sexual abuse', and 'apparent satanism'...

Steve Messham, the child abuse victim threatened with death if he named his abuser.

In Belgium, in the 1990s, the Marc Dutroux gang kidnapped children who were then abused by many of the top people linked to NATO and the Belgian government.
Dutroux said that the police helped him to kidnap young girls.
The UK's Sunday Times linked the Dutroux gang to Satanic abuse and murder.
"When he (Dutroux) was in trouble once again in 1996, it transpired key police officers knew he was snatching young female victims to order, who were then subjected to sadistic horrors practised in the dungeons of his slum dwellings scattered around Charleroi, or dragged around the vice circuit.
"But no one moved against him.
"As many later reports clearly established, his largely accidental exposure tipped the Belgian establishment into a tailspin.
"At all costs it was essential to divert the public gaze away from the paedophile network organised around Nihoul, the ringmaster, and beam the spotlight instead on Dutroux, who would act the sacrificial scapegoat.
"This much became blatantly obvious as the glacial Belgian legal system dragged its heels ever more slowly.
Suspect in Madeleine McCann disappearance and Dutroux' accomplice Lelievre.

"The initial investigating magistrate, Jean-Marc Connerotte, was feted as a national hero when he personally rescued two more kidnapped victims from Dutroux’s cellars.

Regina Louf, Belgian abuse survivor, whistle-blower and murder witness.
"Of special relevance to the Hampstead matter is the story of Regina Louf, a young Belgian abuse victim who the authorities desperately tried to debunk after she made claims of being witness to horrendous acts during elite child abuse parties.
"Regina Louf was written off as a fantasist but was proven to be telling the truth after the body of a murder victim was found in identical circumstances to her description of the place and manner of death.
"Regina Louf who came forward to testify she had seen her closest girlfriend murdered at one of Nihoul’s wretched parties, was traduced by official spinners and investigating magistrates as an insane liar.
"The police interrogating team was sacked and replaced by another, which tossed out all her charges.
"Another side of the same force raided a decrepit mushroom farm specified by Louf and found the dead girl’s remains in exactly the circumstances she described, roped and tied so that she asphyxiated herself during excruciating torture for the amusement of onlookers."

Alisha Owen was sentenced to 25 years prison for refusing to change her story regarding the Franklin Scandal.
3.The Franklin Scandal, in the USA in the 1980s. Covered up into the 1990s.

"Several victims were actually imprisoned for making allegations that were complete and proven truth and corroborated by more than a dozen other victims and witnesses...
"Alisha Owen was sexually abused as a minor by several prominent citizens of Franklin, Nebraska.
"Alisha Owen ... received a 25 year sentence for perjury for refusing to retract her allegations of having been trafficked by Lawrence E. King and abused by prominent members of the Franklin community, including the local Chief of Police."
Gary Caradori murdered investigator of protected pedophiles in Nebraska.
"Gary Caradori was a prominent investigator employed by the Nebraska Legislature to investigate the claims.
"Gary Caradori did such a good job interviewing all the victims of the elite pedophile ring that dark elements in US Law Enforcement apparently chose to assassinate him - sabotaging his plane in Chicago was allegedly a task delegated to the Chicago FBI by their Nebraska brethren... Complete with the obligatory 'disappearing briefcase' full of 'knock out photographic evidence'..."

"The head pimp to the elite in Nebraska at that time was a fellow named Lawrence E King Jr.
"King was kind of a big deal, supplying children to child abusers in several different areas in the United States..."
Paul Bonacci, victim of Lawrence E King Jr won a million dollar judgement. Sent to Washington DC to work as a child prostitute. Witness to murder.
"Paul Bonacci was one of the younger children that Larry King trafficked and abused.
"He was only eight years old when it started...
"Only Bonacci of the major Franklin witnesses/victims actually managed to achieve a legal victory in a US court...
"In 1999 a Civil Court found that King had trafficked and abused him... and awarded Bonacci a million dollars in damages, none of which he actually received...
"Paul Bonacci has told the story of the time he was present at a child sex abuse party where a young boy was murdered..."
"The interviewing officer asks the child if the allegations previously made were correct.
"The child answers yes, so instead of further questioning to elicit corroborating details, the police officer straight out badgers the child, and being a child he half relents...
"So when the badgering continues and the child folds it is completely predictable and has no bearing on the truth of the allegations. It is evidence of a cover-up, pure and simple...
"There are multiple investigative streams that have not been pursued and after all the known and proven cover ups of these matters in Britain and elsewhere, that is really unforgivable.
"You don’t get a young child in the room and then immediately start suggesting the story they previously told was made up. It is simply not how it’s done, unless you are conducting a cover up.
"My understanding is that there is abundant physical evidence that proves that the children have been abused by someone, so the whole line of questioning and approach appear to be fraudulent.
"I also considered that there would be no need or purpose to make such extreme allegations in order to win a custody battle.
"These allegations do not help win a custody battle, quite the opposite.
"More importantly, you would not coach someone to tell a story like that to win a custody battle, serious criminal allegations such as murder only complicate things.

In Australia,Liberal Senator Bill Heffernan is claiming that the police have a list of 28 top people who are suspected child abusers, and, that this list includes the name of a former Australian Prime Minister. Malcolm Turnbull.
"The rape, torture, and murder of Australian kids by those who believe themselves above the law is the real terror threat which demands prompt and effective action above all other issues...
"Those on the list feel entitled to commit these and other atrocities, secure in the knowledge that damaged victims would never be believed, and their crimes would never be investigated."
Nicky Davis said many survivors of child sexual abuse had approached the royal commission but felt they were not being heard.
Liberal Senator Bill Heffernan
Senator Heffernan said the Wood royal commission in the 1990s indicated it was going to explore which members of the Sydney legal fraternity used to attend Costellos, the boy brothel club in Kings Cross.
The commission, however, did not look into Costellos.
"A lot of them are still practising," he said.
On 12 September 2014, Dr Antony Kidman, the father of actress Nicole Kidman, died in mysterious circumstances.
A police spokesperson told Reuters they were investigating the death as 'unnatural'.
Dr Kidman reportedly fell after eating breakfast in the restaurant of The Tanglin Club in Singapore.
Dr Kidman was an Australian clinical psychologist.
Dr. Antony Kidman died "after fleeing Australia when accused of the sexual abuse and murder of children in an elite Sydney pedophile ring.
"A month prior Fiona Barnett had filed a complaint with the police and Child Abuse Royal Commission alleging that Dr Kidman sexualy and physicaly assaulted her throughout her childhood.
"When the Commission opened an investigation Dr Kidman suddenly went to Singapore."
Fiona Barnett says "The main perpetrator of my child sexual abuse, Antony Kidman, is dead after I filed formal complaints accusing him of the rape, torture and murder of children in an exclusive Sydney pedophile ring.
"As a child victim of mind control I feel he's been sacrificed for failing to adequately program me.
"Kidman was responsible for ensuring that I never disclosed pedophile ring activities that I witnessed as a child..."
Fiona Barnett says:
"I know that there are other victims of Kidman’s crimes out there who are perhaps not as far along the healing path as I am...
"My complaints last month to the Australian Child Abuse Royal Commission detailed two incidents in which Kidman subjected me to horrific physical and sexual assault.
"But there are even more serious crimes against children that I witnessed Kidman commit as a member of the elite Sydney pedophile ring."
There is believed to be an elite Satanic Child Sacrifice Cult operating in the USA, Europe and beyond.
Since the age of three Fiona Barnett had been trapped inside Australia’s vast pedophile network where children were sex trafficked, hunted down for sport and murdered.

Fiona Barnett says: "Perpetrators took turns sneaking up on me. A large group of men arrived in pick up trucks. They carried rifles and had a pack of starving Doberman dogs.
"I was told that the group of naked children huddled nearby were my responsibility. I was to run and hide them.
"Every child I failed to hide would be killed and fed to the dogs.
"They painted something on my back and chest, and then released us. I pushed the children up over the first steep hill.
"It was about the second or third hill that the hunting party reached us. Shots were fired and children began dropping all around me. With all hope lost of my saving the other children, I took off and ran for my life."
Barnett’s Nazi grandfather's pedophile network was said to include clinical psychologists Kidman and John W. Gittinger who developed a popular test among psychiatric professionals known as the Personality Assessment System.
In the Independent Australia News Barnett stated that as a young child, "Gittinger abused and raped me."
In another article of the Independent Australia News it was reported that Barnett’s dramatic testimony put members in tears when she went before the Australian Royal Commission into Child Sexual Abuse.
Barnett had named as her perpetrators her grandfather, Kidman, two former Australian prime ministers, a Parliament House governor general and a state police commissioner.
As with child pedophile rings in the Netherlands, Europe, Canada and the US, the Australian pedophile network was said to include police officers, psychiatrists, biochemists, psychologists, actors, writers, politicians, university lecturers and medical doctors.
"The Commission was in the process of investigating my complaint when Kidman was found to have left the country," Barnett said.
"Now one month following my notification against Kidman, he is dead. Kidman’s death comes as no surprise. In the past week alone, two people predicted his imminent demise."
Two journalists from Australia's Sun-Herald claimed see evidence of the satanic ritual abuse of children.
They interviewed six mothers whose children had disclosed experiences of Satanic Ritual Abuse and organised abuse in New South Wales.
The Woodlands Boys Home
In September 2013, it was reported that a pedophile ring, which included Christian clergy, sexually abused boys at the Woodlands Boys Home, in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia.
According to one witness: ''These men just came, got the boys, used them, and put them back.''
According to another witness: ''These men changed from week to week, suggesting a larger, organised ring.
''We are aware of a group of men who did come to the home in the 1970s for a number of years on a Sunday afternoon, ostensibly to conduct a children's Christian program, but who routinely took smaller boys into downstairs rooms in the building and abused them.''
Anglican priest Peter Rushton, who was one of those who sexually abused the children
One witness reported: ''If the boys reported what happened, they were flogged. My husband can still hear it today, the screaming of the boys when they were taken downstairs and flogged for saying what had been done to them.''
''Rushton went there all the time...''
The United Protestant Association has been forced to apologise for the child sexual abuse at its Woodlands and Ellimatta homes over nearly 40 years.
The Salvation Army's BAYSWATER Boys' Home "was a paedophiles' paradise, with several unexplained deaths and missing boys, and others lent to outside paedophiles...
"Abuse by Salvation Army staff was so severe that in some cases boys were killed or allowed to die from their injuries...
"One victim, Rod Braybon, told police in 2009 of reports of two wards of state who died of beatings in the 1950s and were allegedly buried in the Sugarloaf Hill area of the home, while three other boys disappeared in mysterious circumstances...
''In the 1970s the Bayswater Boys' Home was staffed by a paedophile ring, and staff not only sexually abused the children in their care but also allowed other paedophiles free access to boys, who were removed from the home and sexually abused at will...
In 2006, the Salvation Army secretly paid more than $1.5 million in compensation to more than 50 victims who were beaten, raped and tortured from the 1950s to 1970s by Salvation Army officers at the Bayswater home, Box Hill Boys' Home and East Kew Girls' Home, all now closed."
Brian Cherrie was repeatedly raped inside the Salvation Army's Box Hill Boys' Home.
"The children's home where I grew up is still owned by the Salvation Army ... and is worth tens of millions of dollars," he said.
"These churches and charities made a lot of money on the back of our misery and they need to cough up and pay redress to all forgotten Australians."
Alfred Stirling said of his time in Bayswater Boys' Homes: "I'd get the crap beaten out of me, and then raped ... it was hell."
The Salvation Army has now said sorry for the abuse of children in its care up to the 1990s.
David Campbell, former Police Minister.

In May 2010 it was revealed that, while Transport Minister inNew South Wales, the married David Campbell used a ministerial car to visit Ken's of Kensington, a gay sex club in Sydney.
Ken's of Kensington has facilities for "sex on the premises, including private cubicles and specially-themed fantasy rooms."
There has been speculation that Campbell's personal life could have been used to blackmail him while he was Police Minister in 2007 and 2008.
In 2008 the former New South Wales Police Minister Matthew Brown was forced to resign after dancing semi-naked on a green leather sofa and simulating a sex act.
In 2008, the former New South Wales Aboriginal Affairs Minister Milton Orkopoulos was jailed for child sex.
In 1999, two journalists from Australia's Sun-Herald claimed to have seen evidence of the satanic ritual abuse of children.
They interviewed six mothers whose children had disclosed experiences of SRA and organised abuse in New South Wales.
The children's disclosures were corroborating, although they had never met one another, and they had been able to draw representations of "satanic" ritual sites which were similar to ritual sites uncovered by police on the central coast of New South Wales.
In the late 1980s, a number of children at a daycare centre in the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Australia, began disclosing experiences of organised and ritualistic sexual abuse to their parents and the police.[3]
Their disclosures included instances in which they were taken in a car from the creche to a nearby house, undressed by adults and sexually assaulted, video-taped and filmed while naked, and urinated and defecated upon by adults.
The children disclosed that some of the abusers wore police uniforms....[4]
In 2002, Chief Commissioner Christine Nixon referred complaints about the mishandling of the case by police to the Victorian Ombudsman.
An officer from the Ethical Standards Department was stood down a year later from the Ombudsman's investigation for "incompetence" after failing to pass on information from two key witnesses, and claiming that he never spoke to them when phone records proved that he had.
One of the witnesses referred to a tape of child pornography showing men in police uniforms sexually assaulting children from the daycare centre.
However, this lead was never followed up by the police.
Another witness identified the house in which the children had been assaulted as being owned by a police officer.[7]
The principal of a private college on the Mornington Peninsula repeatedly told the Department of Human Services that a 12-year-old boy disclosed ongoing sexual abuse by an organised group of men wearing police uniforms.
According to the principal, all records of the child's complaint vanished.
A Victoria Police spokesman said he was not aware that files had disappeared. The police declined to press charges, saying the boy had been "too well groomed" by the pedophiles and probably would not testify in court.[8]
Sexual abuse was common at Bindoon Boys Town, in Australia.
The boys called their Catholic guardians the 'Christian Buggers'.
2.Children scrambling for breadcrumbs on the floor.
3.A boy being forced to shoot and skin a horse he considered to be his only friend.
In the two decades after World War II, the UK government took around 10,000 children from UK Children's Homes and sent them to Australia.
Many of these children were to become a form of slave labour.
Bindoon Boys Town
Some of the children ended up at Bindoon Boys Town.
At Bindoon there were regular floggings and there was regular child sexual abuse.
Former Bindoon boy John Hennessy speaks with a stutter.
He recalls being stripped naked and publicly flogged at Bindoon.
Mick Snell, who was sent to the Methodists Dalmar House in Sydney, says: "A lot are starting to top themselves... I dream I'm back there and I'm locked up, being verbally abused and whacked. I wake up in a cold sweat."
The child abusers involved have been top people in NATO, the military, banks and the aristocracy. "There were cells where the children were locked up, awaiting their turn.
"There also were some cells for the dogs (dobermans)."
