Canadian author Malcolm Gladwell's new book is called Talking to Strangers.

Malcolm Gladwell, 'a Christian', believes that we tend to misread strangers.

According to Malcolm Gladwell, we tend to be too ready to accept what people say, when we first encounter them.

We are not good at spotting liars.



Malcolm Gladwell's book considers such people as:

1. Ana Montes of the USA's Defence Intelligence Agency (DIA), who was an expert on Cuba.

When it was learnt that there was a mole in the DIA, Ana Montes was interrogated, and cleared.

However, it eventually turned out that Montes really was a spy for Castro.

Gladwell suggests that the FBI was not good at spotting liars.

HOWEVER, it may be that Gladwell is too trusting?

It could just be that a faction within the CIA and Mossad were secretly protecting Castro.

Gladwell suggests that the authorities were not good at spotting Sandusky's deception.

On 13 August 2018, investigative Journalist Jen Moore was found dead in a suburban Washington D.C. hotel room.

Moore, an advocate who investigated abused and trafficked children, had been investigating allegations by a 26-year-old man that - as a young boy - he was sexually assaulted by Bill Clinton and pimped out at private sex parties attended by other D.C. elites.


Above we see Bill Clinton and Jeffrey Epstein's friend Ghislaine Maxwell, daughter of 'Mossad agent' Robert Maxwell. Both Clinton and Trump are friends of Ghislaine Maxwell who is alleged to have supplied kids to Epstein.

Just four weeks before her death, Moore filed details of the alleged victim's claims with the Department of Homeland Security, detailing the allegations against Clinton.

Moore contacted Homeland Security beginning on July 6th through July 9th, records show. 

A week later, she contacted the FBI with identical details about the victim and the allegations against Clinton.

FBI sources report no case has been opened on the evidence supplied by Moore. Homeland Security officials could not be reached for comment.

The Roman Catholic Church in Pennsylvania covered up child sexual abuse by more than 300 priests over a period of 70 years, persuading victims not to report the abuse and law enforcement not to investigate it, according to a report issued by a grand jury on 14 August 2018.

The report found more than 1,000 identifiable victims.

The report said there are likely thousands more victims whose records were lost or who were too afraid to come forward.

A priest who raped a young girl in the hospital after she had her tonsils out.

A victim tied up and whipped with leather straps by a priest.

Another priest who was allowed to stay in ministry after impregnating a young girl and arranging for her to have an abortion."

In Pennsylvania, former Judge Mark Ciavarella Jr was sentenced to 28 years in prison for taking $1m (£617,000) in bribes from the builder of two juvenile detention centres in a case that became known as "kids-for-cash".

The Pennsylvania supreme court overturned about 4,000 convictions issued by Ciavarella between 2003 and 2008.

The Penn State scandal is a 2011 child sex abuse scandal.

This involves allegations against former Pennsylvania State University football assistant coach Jerry Sandusky.

Currently there is an investigation of "a rumor that Jerry Sandusky's Second Mile Foundation, a non-profit organization aimed to serve underprivileged youths, was "pimping out young boys to rich (Penn State) donors."

It also involves allegations of a coverup of the scandal.

A 2011 grand jury investigation reported that a graduate assistant told head coach Joe Paterno in 2002 that he had seen Sandusky performing a sex act on a 10-year-old boy in Penn State football's shower facilities.

In November 2011, Sandusky was arrested on 40 counts of molesting young boys over a 15-year period.

In 1998, district attorney Ray Gricar chose not to prosecute Sandusky after reports about Sandusky and boys surfaced.

In 2005, Gricar went missing.

There was an abandoned car and a laptop recovered months later in a river; the hard drive was missing from the computer.

Gricar's body was never found.

2. The Second Mile Foundation has a multimillion current budget.

It has a board of directors, plus three regional boards, of highly prominent citizens.

3. The foundation lists the services it provides on a map on page 4 of the 2010 annual report.

There are several hundred thousand at-risk children served in the many counties of Pennsylvania.

The services offered are not medical or counseling, they are "leadership training," retreats, and other nebulous activities for the mostly poor families and their children.

4. Disappeared prosecutor Ray Gricar was the prosecutor for Centre County, the home of Pennsylvania State University.

In 1998, he refused to prosecute charges brought by one of the early victims.

In 2005, he left town never to be seen again.

This map on page 4 of the pdf version of the 2010 annual report has a major anomaly. 20,000 individuals were served in Centre County, total population 153,000.

23,000 individuals were served in Allegheny County with a population of 1.2 million.

Why the disproportionate service ratio for Centre. That number exceeds the number of youth in the county!

5. Allegedly, Sandusky anally raped two boys in the Penn State showers.

Reportedly, "he was seen doing so. No one stopped him. He was given an office after retirement in 1999 and continued to bring young boys to the campus. He was untouchable."

6. Looking at that map of children served indicates a heavy service load and, maybe, a method of systematically recruiting at-risk children for sexual abuse.

This story is about the abuse of power by one well-placed coach, Sandusky, as it stands now. It could be about much, much more.

He did nothing.

Wedger says he was got-at after producing an intelligence report reporting that some of his police colleagues knew a prostitute was pimping out girls as young as nine but turned a blind eye.

He says he was told by a high-ranking London Met officer to keep quiet or be 'thrown to the wolves'.

Wedger, 47, was involved in an investigation into a well known prostitute in 2004 who was suspected of selling children.

She was linked to organised crime.

Intelligence from 'multiple sources' suggested she also had friends within the local police.



The prostitute would give youngsters, including a 14-year-old girl, drugs and alcohol and then pimp them out to men in budget hotels near Paddington railway station in west London.

Wedger says he found that not only were the police aware the youngsters were being used for sex but that at least one officer was supplying the criminal gang with information about the investigation.

Wedger was brought in to see a senior officer at Scotland Yard headquarters.

Wedger says: "He told me in a firm and formal manner that I had 'dug too deep'".

There is a country where there are allegations that crimes by powerful people are not being investigated and prosecuted. 

A journalist has been refused entry to stop reporting about an issue.

The chief of police has been suspended to stop him investigating crimes. 

Bloggers are being threatened to stop them talking about people. 

Decisions by the state not to prosecute cannot be challenged, nor is private prosecution allowed. 

The country is Jersey. 

The journalist is Leah McGrath Goodman, who is an American. 

The chief of police was Graham Power. 

Furthermore, Andrew Marolia, David Minty, David Wherry and Jonathan Sharrock Haworth have, with the assistance of the Jersey Government, obtained a super-injunction against ex-Senator Stuart Syvret—under the Data Protection Act of all things—to prevent from him saying things about them on his blog that are true. 

Mr Syvret has evidence that criminal offences are being swept under the carpet, but nothing is being done.

A lay judge—known as a jurat—called John le Breton has been allowed to sit as a jurat, even though he was vice-principal of Victoria college when he wrote to the governors in support of Andrew Jervis-Dykes, who ended up getting a jail sentence. 

Mr le Breton was appointed to judge on a case even though he is a personal friend of a director of the defendant—this is a defamation case where the local politician, Trevor Pitman, has been taking legal action against the local newspaper. 

The end result in Jersey is that part of these events has been struck from the state’s version of Hansard, and the culture of cover-up continues. 

Jersey is an independent country, but the UK Government have a responsibility for ensuring good governance in Jersey. The UK is not doing its job properly.

The UK is not as bad, but at times it has a good try. 

The situation in England and Wales is so bad that foreign countries are expressing concern about the abuse of human rights in the English courts. 

Over the weekend, there was a three-hour programme on Slovak television debating a case in England. 

In England, however, we are banned from discussing all the details of the case in the media... 

 It is clear that the Slovak Government believe that there are a number of cases—not just one isolated case—where the human rights of their citizens are being undermined in England...

The family division of the Court of Appeal appears not to be correcting all the public family law cases that reach it and that it should correct...

My estimate, on a statistical basis, is that around 1,000 children are wrongfully adopted each year... 

This is a really big problem; there has been a really big cover-up, and it needs to be sorted out.
