LOCKERBIE MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE
The alleged Lockerbie bomber, Abdelbaset al-Megrahi, "may have been the victim of miscarriage of justice, and his family can appeal his conviction, the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission (SCCRC) says.
