Alison Lapper's house in Shoreham (Brighton) is near to the former home of the stepfather of Carl Beech and near to the flats where child abuse witness Adrian Johns was killed.
In December 2016 and July 2017, two female interviewing officers (one was DC Kathleen Drummond) certified a contemperaneous diary supplied by a Child Sex Abuse survivor and former resident at Melanie Klein House (London) and at other care homes.
This survivor's diary details how she was trafficked to sex parties attended by named VIPs.
One of the venues she named was the property located at Brunswick Square in Hove (Joined to Brighton).
On 16 April 1986, a joint investigation between the Met and Essex police forces was launched.
‘Operation Stranger’ investigated links between the murder of Barry Lewis (8) in Brighton, August 1983, and Jason Swift (14) of Stoke Newington, both whose bodies were found miles apart in Essex.
Nicholas Rabet, deputy manager of 114 Grosvenor Avenue children home, in Islington in London, regularly took the children to his manor house in Sussex (Brighton area) which he had set up as a play centre.
One survivor told of how he could just hear children screaming in the forest.
Rabet was later convicted in Thailand for sexual offences against boys.

Describing the moment Alison found that Parys had died, Alison said: "I was actually in the bathroom at the time and someone came through and said 'the police are here'.
They said he was found dead.
Alison said: "We spoke on the phone. How could this have happened?"
"There were no warning signs. Nothing."
When Parys was aged 17, Alison decided to have Parys sectioned.
In Sevenoaks, the psychiatrist said there wasn't anything wrong with him.

At the age of 16, Parys Lapper was put into care.
At the age of 17, Parys lapper was 'sectioned' .
Following his sectioning, he was treated in Sevenoaks, Kent.
Alison Lapper says: "He got sectioned at 17. He got sent to an anorexic unit.
"What good is that to somebody that isn't anorexic? Those weren't his problems.
"And he got thrown out of there because the psychiatrist said there wasn't anything wrong with him and that care in the community is what he needed."
She said from that day on, Parys got "pushed and moved from pillar to post."

Alison met Francis, a hospital porter, who was helping a disabled person at a Mouth and Foot Painters Association conference.

'Francis was seen somewhat as the black sheep of the family and a bit of a loner.'
Eventually Francis decided to move to London and stay with Alison in her flat.
After two years, Francis proposed and they got married.
Alison was involved in an incident with Francis. Alison bit Francis on the shoulder.
Alison wrote: "I was always scared of him after that and I couldn't love someone I was scared of. I knew the only way to move forward would be to file for divorce."

Alison had been pregnant in her 20s, and had miscarried four times.
She became pregnant again in April 1999.
Her boyfriend 'was not the love of her life'.
According to Alison:
"He was already a divorcee and a long-distance father to his other children.
"He wanted her to terminate the pregnancy."
But Alison did not terminate the pregnancy and Parys was born.
The boyfriend departed.
