The Jersey care inquiry is currently examining what went on at Haut de la Garenne.

Around 140 former residents have come forward to testify about  the 72 individuals, including 40 former staff, who reportedly carried out abuse between 1960 and 1986.

"Much of the initial evidence was so harrowing it was redacted."

In other words, the truth is still being hidden from the public.

It is suspected that certain security services used Haut de la Garenne as a centre for their torture and mind-control experiments, and, as a child brothel for members of the elite.

"The expert in the UK who had examined the first bones we sent (which included a piece of child's tibia) said that they were very likely the bones of a juvenile human, they had been burnt shortly after death and buried shortly after burning."

The following evidence of "Witness 195", formerly a young boy at Haut de la Garenne, was allowed to be made public:

A man, who cannot be named, visited the home most Saturdays.

The man, described as a "well-dressed smooth-talker", was not staff but began taking the boy out for excursions in an expensive car.

The man began violently sexually assaulting the boy.



The assaults continued for more than three years, most Saturdays, and at various locations around Jersey, including at sea on the man's yacht.

Later, a worker at the home, Thomas Hamon, began sexually assaulting the boy.

The boy confided in a older friend.

That friend was found hanged at the home.

Sadly, large numbers of children were reportedly murdered at Haut de la Garenne.

As a boy, Michael was looked after by the local government care system in the county of Suffolk in the UK.

While in care, Michael was sexually abused by child abuse rings in various parts of the UK.

His official carer trafficked him around the country.


In 1985, 14-year-old Jason Swift was killed by a child-abuse gang. Jason is believed to have lived in Islington council's Conewood Street children's home. A close male relative of Baby P reportedly recruited boys from children's homes in Islington for the child-abuse ring. Islington children were reportedly sent to Jersey, the island linked to child abuse.

Among the places Michael was taken to were Wrexham in North Wales, associated with Lord McAlpine, Portsmouth, associated with MI6, and Islington, associated with Tony Blair.



One of Michael's abusers was the influential social worker Peter Righton, who is associated with Malta.

Michael says: "Under the guise of a children's holiday fund for deprived children, we would travel."

At one time Michael was, reportedly, forced to live in "slave" conditions on Lord Henniker's estate.

This is where Michael first met Peter Righton, who repeatedly sexually abused him.

Michael says: "I was taken to Wrexham. There was a hotel there, which I have since become aware that there may have been an investigation into."

Michael said they travelled together to Plymouth, Sussex, Islington, Wales, Birmingham, Leeds and Cromer.

It is believed that the police and security services protect pedophile rings.

As a boy, Michael told the authorities about the abuse.

Nothing was done. 

More recently, Michael contacted both Suffolk Police and the Suffolk county council.

When Michael was first taken into care by Suffolk Council, he refused to perform a sex act on a visitor to the place where he was staying.

As a punishment, he was locked in a cupboard for 32 hours. 

On finally being released, he was sexually assaulted.

In the children's care home, a number of uniformed police officers abused the children.

Children who refused to have sex were beaten.

2) Derek Sawyer, who reportedly helped Slade set up a false identity, after Slade had received an earlier conviction for child abuse in the 1980s.

Derek Sawyer is former leader of Islington ­Council.

He is now chair of the London Region Courts Board. He has been chairman of ­numerous bodies involved in London's probation service and justice system.

At that time it was revealed that child abusing paedophiles had infiltrated all 12 of Islington's children’s homes.

Islington council barred an inquiry from ­naming names. There were no arrests in the UK.

Sawyer says he was unaware Slade had given him false information.

St George's is the military boarding school in Suffolk where Derek Slade was headmaster.

Reportedly, Sawyer helped set up Anglemoss, the company behind St George's School.

The school took children from 'the lower ranks' in the Armed Forces.

One pupil from the school reported that:

"He was broken physically and mentally by the headmaster within 72 hours of arriving at the school.'

"He was eventually made to take part in ‘midnight feasts’, dinner parties for Slade's male friends, where the boys were sexually abused."

In 1983, someone blew the whistle.

But, the Government inquiry was a whitewash.

During the Eighties and early Nineties, Goldup was the second top person in the children’s department at Islington Council in London.
