SYRIAN HOSPITAL
On 15 February 2016, during a visit to Kiev, Turkish PM Davutoglu said that Russia had launched a ballistic missile from the Caspian Sea and hit a medical facility in the city of Idlib in northwestern Syria.
"The Caspian Sea fleet has no ships capable of launches of ballistic missiles," Russian spokesman Igor Konashenkov told reporters on 16 February.
So, who bombed the hospital?
Data shows that the airstrikes on the Syrian hospital were launched by a US-led Coalition jet.

This is a repeat of the bombing on November 19th last year near Damascus. At that time it was a hospital supported by Médecins Sans Frontières. Their report here.
I have no doubt the United States Secretary of Defense knows exactly who bombed the hospitals and why. He need only look in a mirror.
The bombings are a) to prevent medical assistance for the Syrian people and the soldiers of the legitimate government of President Assad, and b) yet another thing they can try to blame on the Russians and Syrians.
At the same time, the NATO-aligned states, such as Israel and Turkey, are patching up the Wahhabi ISIS butchers, slaves of the Al Sauds and Al Thanis.
So why are they doing it?
For the vulgar greed of the ultimate shareholders of Qatargas and Genel Energy, for example. I don't mean Total, ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips and Royal Dutch Shell.
I don't even mean Vanguard, State Street and BlackRock.
I mean the natural persons who are carefully veiled by these entities. Not small fry like Rex Tillerson. Rather ones lurking in the shadows of private equity and hedge funds in such locales as Manhattan and the Caymans.
Now I'll tell you something.
The people of antiquity would speculate on the locations of the gates of hell. The Silicians believed it was the calderas of Etnea.
They were wrong, of course.
There are two much better candidates I can think of.
One is on Grand Cayman not far from the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
And main offices of Soros Fund Management sit oblivious on the edge of the other.
Those ultimate shareholders are as close to pure evil as you will find in this world. Liars, thieves and mass murderers beyond compare. The worst serial killers couldn't hold a candle to them.
And the venerable Secretary of Defense, a puppet who so admires and protects these demons, one day his time will be up; Death hears no plea, takes no bribe, will not be stopped. Then Mr Carter can confirm or disconfirm my theory.
And he will also be uniquely placed to test subjectively if a deceitful, unfeeling robot can experience soul-shredding incandescent pain.
An experiment repeated as often as necessary: the other resurrection. Resurrection in hell.
