the legends say that there was a secret room in the castle on St.Michael,s Mount where the remains of an imprisoned Giant was once found ..allegedly captive of the Benedictine monks ..& interesting both the tower of St .Michael Mount & Glastonbury Tor Tower both collapsed on September 11th 1275 !
