Dominic Lawson: I stayed at Epstein's

Dominic Lawson, through his mother, is descended from Barnett Salmon.

Barnett Salmon was brought up in a Jewish orphanage in the East End of London.

His mother had died in childbirth.

His mentally ill father, Aaron, had been sent to an asylum and then the workhouse as an 'incurable'.

The dynasty's founder had arrived in London's Whitechapel from Germany's Prussia via Belgium in 1843.

The Salmon and Gluckstein dynasty founded the tobacco retailer Salmon and Gluckstein, and the Joe Lyons food empire and the company that made a seventh of all the explosives dropped by the allies in World War II

Keith Joseph, one of the Kosher Nostra.

The top people related to the Salmon and Gluckstein dynasty include Sir Keith Joseph (alleged child abuser and mentor of Margaret Thatcher), Nigel Lawson (Thatcher cabinet minister), Fiona Shackleton and George Monbiot, in addition to high court judges, physicians and scientists

Lyons Tea Houses employed lots of young girls.

Lyons was once one of the most famous names in British food - hotels, teashops, restaurants, catering, Lyons Maid ice cream, Tetley Tea, and ReadyBrek cereal.

Lyons was run by the Jewish Salmon and Gluckstein dynasty whose founder had arrived in London's Whitechapel from Germany's Prussia via Belgium in 1843.

The Glucksteins left Antwerp after being accused of involvement in swindling.

Gluckstein, senior, may have faked his own death in order to flee the law.

TRUMP, BOOZE AND GIRLS.

According to Allen Salkin and Aaron Short's The Method to the Madness, Donald Trump drank alcohol at New York clubs, where he chased young girls.

Trump has always claimed that he has never drunk alcohol.

New York bartenders and club owners say that they have seen Trump drinking alcohol.

One said that he used a 'wingman to get him laid.'

Model Caron Bernstein said:

'The night would start at a place called Pure Platinum on 21st Street, which is basically a strip club.

"I would see Jeffrey Epstein and Trump ... at that place.'

Trump partied with John Casablancas, the founder of Elite Model Management.

Casablancas, aged 41, had an affair with Stephanie Seymour, a 16-year-old model.

In 1992, Casablancas married Aime Wermelinger, a contestant in a beauty pageant he was judging.

He was 50, she was 17.

In 2000 Elite's business practices were covered in a BBC documentary.

Executives were caught discussing drug use and boasting about sleeping with teenage models.

EDWARD HORNEL AND HIS GIRLS

The young girls photographed for artist Edward Hornel "came from a number of local families."

"Rose, Edith and Maud Poland, the young daughters of a gamekeeper at Torrs Farm, appear in many of the photographs."

(Hornel - by Bill Smith - Chapter VIII)

"Hornel would pose the girls, chaperoned by his sister, either singly or in groups, get the light as he wanted it and then have them photographed, usually by McConchie."

"In those days this did not present any problems or raise any eyebrows, as it would do today.

"Parents were delighted to allow their daughters to be photographed and painted by a much respected artist and it was very convenient for Hornel."

Some of Hornel's paintings were of nude young girls.

Hornel liked to paint 'young girls cavorting in dense thickets'.

He also liked to paint young girls in his studio.

Nudity was a feature of the occasional painting.

E. Rimbault Dibdin visited Hornel in Kirkcudbright.

Dibdin noticed that, "All about his doors are the children of the poor, many his red-headed young models …

"His garden is full of flowers, and the flowers of humanity are free to come in from the street, through the side gate, and enjoy themselves in it.

"He meanwhile studies and paints them, the flowers and the children, in the open air’.

Kirkcudbright

Hornel was born in Australia in 1864.

His parents were from Kirkcudbrightshire.

Claude Monet made friends with 12-year-old aspiring artist Daniel Fontaine, son of his landlady.

Monet became a father-figure to the boy, who accompanied Monet on his painting excursions.

WILLIAM MORRIS, LORD NUFFIELD; YOUNG GIRLS

Lord Nuffield (left)

William Morris, aka Lord Nuffield, was one of the people who used to run the British car industry.

He was chairman of the British Motor Corporation.

Ann Vaughan says she was sexually abused by Lord Nuffield, for ten years, from the age of 12.

Ann Vaughan says:

"I realise now that my mother prostituted me at the age of 12 to a man who was 60.

"My parents always lived beyond their means...

"They used their innocent child to keep themselves in the style they were accustomed to."

"I’m sure I was not the only little girl that Nuffield abused."

In her police statement, Ann says:

"I remember when I was 12 years old, Nuffield picked me up in his Wolseley car and drove me to his house...

"His wife was out shopping and we would have lunch and then he would often remove my lower clothing and grope my genitals, often roughly... He would unzip his flies...

Ann says: "Nuffield used to boast that his personal assistant used to procure girls for him in South Africa and Australia, where he'd opened a new factory...

"Far from being a modest, kindly philanthropist as portrayed on the BBC, he was a ruthless, sadistic paedophile, distracting attention from his paedophilia by lavish donations to medicine in particular."

Ann has been told by police that there is not enough evidence to make a case.
