Gordana Nikolic says that Kujtim Fejzulai was 'happy and smiling' while helping to carry her shopping just hours before the attack.

Nexhip Vrenezi, a Moslem, had just returned home from a six-month stint with the Austrian army

The first victim of the Vienna attack was Nexhip Vrenezi, a Moslem, aged 21, - one of the four people allegedly killed by gunman Kujtim Fejzulai, 20.

Nexhip Vrenezi, a Muslim, of Albanian descent, was shot dead when he left a pub to have a cigarette.

Among the injured are citizens of Afghanistan and Bosnia. 

Kujtim Fejzulai, who is said to be one of the Vienna attackers, had Albanian roots and his parents were originally from North Macedonia. 

He was born in Austria.

Allegedly, twenty-year-old Kujtim Fejzulai was jailed in April 2019 'because he wanted to travel to Syria to join ISIS', which is said to be run by Western security services.

'He was granted early release in December 2019'.

There were six different shooting locations, all near the street on which Vienna's central synagogue is located.

pleaded guilty July 14, 2020, to federal charges of tax and wire fraud.

Rabbi Goldstein pleaded guilty to participating in the multimillion-dollar fraud that disguised charitable contributions for personal gain.

Rabbi Goldstein, 58, acknowledged his role in a scheme in which donors made large contributions to Chabad of Poway but then secretly got most of the money back, the San Diego Union-Tribune reported. 

Rabbi  Goldstein faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison for fraud but prosecutors will recommend probation.

The rabbi admitted taking about $185,000 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency and California Governor's Office of Emergency Services by submitting fake invoices. Brewer said they were related to 2007 wildfires.
