Since 1950, the Philippine population has grown sixfold. Millions live in cardboard shacks and literally eat fried garbage. So for all the parliamentary debates, the government is probably doing cartwheels, seeing natality go down and mortality go up
Agreed. Food in Philippines is utter tripe. Worst food in all of South East Asia.
Ironically, the best food I found was in a prison in the Philippines. It was a prison for 'lifers' who worked the fields to grow produce. Subsistence farming supported the prison and the inmates were in good shape (physically).
Weird.....
