Secondly, The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (to give Jordan it's full name), is an interesting title given the name Hashemite. Hashem or Haschem is a very specific Hebrew word and all the Jews in the world know EXACTLY what it means. Ha'schem in Hebrew is the word Jews use for the name of God. They refer to God as Hashem (it literally translates as "The Name"). It is used as a a replacement to YHWH. So, rather than utter the tetragrammaton being the actual name of God in the Torah,Jews say Hashem meaning simply The Name.
The Jordanian hierarchy are quite simply playing their role in the greatest show on earth. As for moderate Arab 'friendlies', they ain't, they're Jews.
