TURKEY, ISIS AND TRUMP

The US government has accused Turkey of supporting ISIS.

Turkey's president Erdogan has accused the US government of supporting ISIS.

Both are correct.

Turkey's President Erdogan says he has evidence that the West is supporting ISIS.

Tayyip Erdogan says he has photos and videos proving that western nations back ISIS, and, back Kurdish militant groups.

dailymail.

"Turkey is the key lifeline for ISIS."

Turkey's Erdoğan.

Why has Erdogan fallen out with Obama?

1. The USA supports the Kurdish (YPG) separatists, who are opposed to Erdogan.

2. The USA protects Fethullah Gulen, who is Erdogan's rival.

Who is Supporting ISIS-Daesh in Syria? Erdogan or Obama?

Trump's son, Donald Trump Jr., visited Turkey on a hunting trip after his father’s election

Erdogan wants Trump on his side.

"Erdoğan is attempting to stem Turkish economic collapse, Turkish expulsion from NATO, and total rejection of Turkey by the European Union. …

"And to enable him to resume his bid to dominate neighboring societies, and stop, once and for all, the Kurdish insurrection - the civil war - inside Turkey."

Turkey's Erdoğan aggressively courting Team Trump.

A top businessman with close ties to Donald Trump has been arrested in Turkey "so the country can use him as leverage in their dealings with the US President-elect, it has been claimed."

Barbaros Muratoglu, a senior executive at Dogan Holding was detained on 1 December on "threadbare allegations".

Turkey arrests Donald Trump ally 'to secure leverage' with Trump.

"Trump is expected be open to extraditing the leader of the Gülen movement, Fethullah Gülen, who resides in Pennsylvania.

"Trump's National Security Advisor, Lt. Gen. Mike Flynn, published an article on the day of the election that was in full accord with Erdoğan's expectations about Gülen.

"Erdoğan seeks a partnership with the United States in Syria ... to isolate Assad ... as well as Iran...

"This would be in tune with General Flynn’s ideas ...

"This would imply a reinvigoration of the U.S.-Turkish partnership with Israel and the pro-Western Arab monarchies - Saudi Arabia, Jordan and the Gulf sheikhdoms..."

Turkey Is Optimistic about President Trump.

As you said 'both are correct'.
Working together, pretending to oppose each other, the US and Turkey are looting Syria, and Russia will in the end provide as much help to Syria as it did to Libya....uber lame fake assassinations not withstanding.

Some of early 'Zionism' was Arab-positive & against 'state of Israel' - merely a desire to live in Palestine -

But early Zionist-fascists crushed the Arab-friendly Jews

There is a valuable essay from 1967, by the Jewish but anti-Zionist Austrian-libertarian economist Murray Rothbard (1926-95), summarising the history of crimes of the state of Israel to that point. Rothbard saw the State of Israel as a creation of openly fascist Zionist-Jewish figures, such as the Mussolini-admiring Vladimir Jabotinsky.

But Rothbard also pointed out that before 1942, a significant section of the 'Zionist' movement wanted merely to immigrate into Palestine, & to build a joint society & economy alongside Arabs, who would preserve all their traditional & political & economic rights, in a state or states that would not be 'Jewish' ... following on how Jews & Muslims had lived together in peace & harmony for nearly all of more than 1000 years prior to Zionism.

The most famous name involved was the Jewish spiritual figure Martin Buber (1878-65) of 'I and Thou' fame, who became one of the leading Jewish figures along with the Frankfurt School's Max Horkheimer (1895-1973), who bravely argued against the execution of the Nazi Adolf Eichmann, kidnapped in Argentina by Mossad & then in 1962 the only person ever judicially hanged by the Israeli state.

This movement was the « Ihud (Unity) movement, centered around Martin Buber & a group of distinguished Jewish intellectuals from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, advocated, when the British should leave, a binational Jewish-Arab state in Palestine, with neither religious group to dominate the other, but both to work in peace & harmony to build the land of Palestine.

« The revered Dr Judah Magnes, president of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem & head of the Ihud movement, bitterly denounced "Zionist Totalitarianism," which, he charged, is trying to bring "the entire Jewish people under its influence by force & violence. I have not yet seen the Zionist terrorists called by their rightful names: Killers – brutalised men and women. … All Jews in America share in the guilt, even those not in accord with the activities of this new pagan leadership, but who sit at ease with folded hands…." Shortly afterward, Dr. Magnes felt it necessary to exile himself from Palestine & emigrate to the United States. »
