Chloe was reportedly sent by her UK agent from Paris to Milan for the photo shoot on July 11, 2017, which led to her being 'kidnapped'.
Lorenzo Bucossi, from Milan Police, has said that Chloe "is doing well. She has not suffered any kind of violence. She says she was not sexually assaulted or raped".
Chloe Ayling's Italian lawyer, Daria Pesce, told the London Evening Standard that Chloe was kidnapped by an organisation that has been kidnapping girls for Arabian buyers for years.
Speaking from her home in Szczecin, northwest Poland, Herba's mother, Lucyna Herba, said of her son: 'Lukasz was such a normal boy. He first went to England when he was 20. He was studying there. Why would he do this?
'He was a normal, polite boy. He worked so hard at school. He was very bright and kind. I can't understand what happened...
'Lukasz told me he was trying to help this girl. He said he didn't know her, he just wanted to help her. I don't believe he did this. He told me he was trying to save her.'
One of Lukasz's neighbours in the UK said that Lukasz Herba had been working as a delivery driver in Birmingham.
Grzegorz, 60, a neighbour said: 'He always seemed a nice boy. Polite."
Chloe Ayling's agent is Phil Green of Supermodels Agency.
Chloe lives in Coulsdon, in south London.
According to the Companies House website, Mikal Herba, a 36-year-old Polish national, is the director of a firm registered at Lukasz's address.
The company, Her Trans Logistics Limited, is listed as a road freight transport business and is active.
Mikal and Lukasz own a black Audi estate and a blue Mercedes.
