United States warplanes have killed at least 22 civilians and injured 43 others during an airstrike in Iraq.

There were five women and four children among the dead after the strike hit the apartment building where families lived.

Meanwhile, Iraq's Falluja hospital (above) has been hit by anti-ISIS shelling.
