Reportedly, MI5 and its friends used the Kincora Boys' Home as a boy brothel.

The UK government's Theresa Villiers has said that the Kincora Boys' Home will not be included in the new UK-wide inquiry into child sex abuse, chaired by Fiona Woolf.

Villiers has said that the best way to address the Kincora claims was for them to be examined by Sir Anthony Hart’s Historical Institutional Abuse Inquiry in Northern Ireland.

The Northern Ireland political parties the DUP, UUP, Sinn Fein, SDLP and Alliance have all called for Kincora to be part of the inquiry chaired by Fiona Woolf.

Alliance MP Naomi Long said: "Kincora is under the spotlight not just for allegations of abuse but also claims that security services participated in blackmail and cover-ups around it.

"While the Secretary of State (Villiers) is correct in saying the welfare of children is a devolved matter to Northern Ireland, the security services are not.

Kincora, Bryn Estyn in Wales, London's Elm Guest House, Jersey's Haut de la Garenne and many other 'boy brothels' are said to have been used by top people, including spooks.
