In 'ANGLO-IRISH CHILD ABUSE RING - PART 1' we looked at the links between the security services and child abuse rings.

"In 2015, Powell was named in a Church of England review into historical child sex abuse concerning the 1980s.

"One of its spokespersons told the press that: 'The name Enoch Powell was passed to Operation Fernbridge on the instruction of Bishop Paul Butler'.

During World War II, Brigadier Enoch Powell worked for the intelligence services.

When he was a classics professor at the University of Sydney, Powell wrote to his parents describing his infatuation with his teenage male students.

Powell married Margaret Pamela Wilson.

Richard Kerr recalls being abused by Powell on a summer's day in either 1973 or 1974 when Powell was 61 or 62.

Kerr was either 12 or 13 at the time of the trip.

"Powell spirited Kerr away on his own to a guest house near Portrush where he had booked a bedroom.

"Powell began to beat him with a leather belt and buckle."

Sir Jimmy Savile in Belfast, the location of the Kincora children's home. Northern Ireland Police didn't treat Jimmy Savile abuse claim properly. Savile had warm and friendly relations with Israel.

Powell was a right-wing Conservative and a churchwarden of St. Margaret's church, Westminster.

The Whip and Saddle Bar at Belfast's Europa Hotel was one place where Richard Kerr was supplied to child abusers, including Enoch Powell.

It is believed that the Anglo-Irish vice ring was used by the security services to blackmail and control top people in the UK, including Prime Minister Edward Heath.

Police in the UK are refusing to reveal what they know about a convicted child abuser Dr Morris Fraser, a child psychiatrist.

This is on the grounds of 'national security'.

"The revelation is likely to fuel suspicions that there was official collusion, for political and security ends, surrounding the abuse of boys at, for example, the Kincora Boys' Home."

Northern Ireland authorities refuse to reveal details.

In other words, the UK security services were running the top child brothels and child abuse rings?

Kincora ' the child brothel visited by Royalty, the boss of MI6 and a Prime Minister.'

Speaking to The Independent on Sunday, a former boy at Kincora has said that he was abused by Fraser.

In 1973, Captain Colin Wallace, a former British Army psychological operations officer, wrote a memo naming the politicians 'who sexually abused boys at Kincora and elsewhere'.

Wallace remembers Fraser in Northern Ireland being accompanied by a 'foreign individual'.

Mossad worked with the UK military in Northern Ireland.

In 1972, Fraser was convicted in London of abusing a 13-year-old boy from Belfast.

In 1974, Fraser was convicted in New York of several counts of sodomy on children.

In New York, he was part of a child abuse ring.

However, Fraser was allowed to continue treating patients.

In 1993, Fraser was convicted for possession of child pornography.


Richard Kerr, 'who was a victim of child sexual abuse at Kincora Boys' Home in Belfast'. He says he was trafficked to London and abused at both Elm Guest House and Dolphin Square in London in the late 1970s.

Fraser was a friend of Peter Righton, a convicted child abuser, who was a close adviser to Margaret Thatcher on children's homes.

In 1988, Fraser co-founded the Azimuth Trust, which gave sailing holidays to vulnerable boys in Devon and Cornwall, and 'which was a front for child abuse activity.'

Former intelligence officer Brian Gemmell has said that MI5 forced him end his investigation into the Kincora home in 1975


Boy brothels reportedly run by the security services.

Richard Kerr, who was reportedly trafficked from Belfast to London to be abused by politicians, said: "I was 13. Morris abused me, in his office, two or three times on those visits... He was in contact with children’s homes all over Belfast."

"They were brought to Nassau County and elsewhere for the purposes of ‘schooling’ them in sexual deviate conduct and to get them to recruit other boys for the same purposes...

"The ring was involved in activities in New York, Toronto , Pittsburgh, Acapulco and Los Angeles, and had been operation for about 10 years...

"The men were able to entice the youngsters to accompany them on trips to San Juan, Los Angeles, Toronto, Pittsburgh, Nassau and Suffolk (USA)...

"The adult homosexuals would then “swap” them for local boys by members who maintained the ring in the various cities..."
