On 14 August 2018, a group of cyclists were injured when a silver Ford Fiesta hit them near the Palace of Westminster.[1]

An ambulance directly behind the Ford stopped and gave assistance to the injured.

The car then went on to crash into a barrier.

The police responded within seconds, arresting the driver, said to be Salih Khater, without further incident.

There is footage of police running towards the car, no idea what or who was inside, no idea about possible explosives or weapons.....

Armed police rushed to detain the driver.
