Sorry, Kate Middleton received nothing of the sort.
There were over 38 pages of known AESIs (Adverse Events of Special Interests) that Pfizer knew about and were well documented prior to the role out of the so called vaccine.
The Pfizer Documents were all the proof that anyone needs to show that death and serious injury were likely as a a result of taking a highly controversial and experimental procedure.
There is no way on earth that the heir to the throne, his wife (the future queen) would be given any such garbage in a million years.
Sticking a needle in an arm in a high profile media event means zero in this world we now live. Any suggestion that this actually happened is simply nonsense.

The top right hand of the screen in the Kate Video has a logo 'BBC Studios'.
I have attached a link to the locations of BBC Studios. Some have suggested that the video is an AI Deep Fake and the background whilst 'seasonally correct' is one of a number of highly suspect or questionable artefacts of the video.
Studios by definition tend to be indoors.
