The flashes of lightening in the sky seconds before the Turkey earthquake left many wondering if it was caused by HAARP. It isn't the first time HAARP has been accused of causing an earthquake.
NBC News reported that in 2010, Venezuelan leader Huge Chavez claimed that HAARP or a program like it triggered the Haiti earthquake.

Turkey, is located in one of the seismically active regions and is more vulnerable to such disasters.
The country of around 85 million suffered one of the worst quakes in 1999 in which more than 17,000 people were killed.

I'm open to the concept that specific wavelengths of radiation can be used to trigger earthquakes, however that means focussing the created waves from a HAARP array downward, not upward as done traditionally.
Does anyone have any evidence showing that this has been done in trials, if not to create an earthquake rather to show that energy can be concentrated down in the substrata where earthquakes originate??

Famous French anti-Muslim author Houellebecq makes pornographic film
Michel Houellebecq is a French writer famous for telling Muslims they should leave France. His popular 2015 novel 'Submission' described France as becoming a Mulsim state in the 2020s.
But when Houellebecq married his current wife, Qianyum Lysis Li, the couple at first planned a vacation in Muslim Morocco ... tho ultimately cancelling plans out of 'fear of Muslim terrorists'.
Houellebecq, at age 66, has now acted as male sexual star of a pornographic film, 'Kirac 27', by Dutch director Stefan Ruitenbeek.
Director Ruitenbeek said that the idea to shoot the porn film came from Houellebecq's wife, who had been procuring women for her husband, he claims. The director says he offered to procure multiple women in Amsterdam for Houellebecq, and supply a hotel room, if the director could film everything, with Houellebecq as the male porn star.
"Houellebecq is a seducer. In bed, he is very good, like crazy, he is really manly with women," says directer Ruitenbeek.
"Traditional values are long lost, so why not become a porn star?" says the director.
Houellebecq has apparently changed his mind after seeing the film trailer, and is taking legal action to try to stop the film's distribution.

It is my understanding that the microwave energy is reflected back from the ionosphere towards the earth, and is frequency adjusted to achieve depth of target area to be heated or disturbed. Re previous logger post. HARP in theory heats the upper atmosphere over the target area causing a large mass of the atmosphere to rapidly rise, lowering the pressure on the land below. The lowered pressure triggures the eqrthquake.
