A federal judge in New York on Friday rejected an effort by lawyers for former President Donald Trump to keep sealed a portion of the transcript of his deposition in a lawsuit by a writer who accuses him of raping her in the mid-1990s.

'Lewis Kaplan is also the (replacement) judge in the case against disgraced FTX (former) crypto-billionaire Sam Bankman Fried. 

'More interesting is that Judge Lewis Kaplan in 2019, asked the Southern District Court of New York to criminally prosecute Donzinger after he had been found guilty in the RICO case based on the lies in court by Alberto Guerra.
