MAGNESIUM IS GOOD FOR YOU.

....

Foods which contain magnesium:

  • Green leafy vegetables (e.g. spinach and kale)
  • Fruit (figs, avocado, banana and raspberries)
  • Nuts and seeds
  • Legumes (black beans, chickpeas and kidney beans)
  • Vegetables (peas, broccoli, cabbage, green beans, artichokes, asparagus, brussels sprouts)
  • Seafood (salmon, mackerel, tuna)
  • Whole grains (brown rice and oats)
  • Raw cacao
  • Dark Chocolate
  • Baked beans

I would avoid the tofu, soy is toxic. Also check out magnesium oil in addition to consuming these other foods.

Good for your sleep....actually no excellent for sleep, good for your nervous system, good for you heart everyone should supplement Mg there is not enough in our soil anymore to get adequate amounts through the food chain. Glycinate and Chelated are the most easily absorbed, there are about 8 different types... make sure you get the right one x
