The draft includes the creation of 'New Palestine', which will not be allowed to have an army, and which will essentially be under the control of Israel.
The Jewish settlement blocs (around 62 percent of West Bank) will be annexed by Israel and extended to reach isolated settlements. The Jordan Valley (30 percent of West Bank) will remain under Israel.
If the Palestinians reject the deal they are apparently to be starved and bombed.
