NEVERLAND

...

J M Barrie wrote about Peter Pan in Neverland.

Moat Brae House, left, in Dumfries in Scotland.

J. M. Barrie was inspired to write Peter Pan after having played in the garden behind Moat Brae House between 1873 and1878.

Moat Brae house was saved in August 2009 by the newly formed Peter Pan Moat Brae Trust.

Moat Brae is expected to eventually open sometime in 2019.

Dumfries's flagship leisure centre DG One came to cost Dumfries and Galloway taxpayers millions ... and still isn't fit for purpose.

Flagship leisure centre DG One

"SCOTTISH (SNP) ministers have handed more than £180 million to contracts involving a construction firm whose work on a botched leisure centre (DG One) was branded “criminal” in Holyrood.

"Figures show tens of millions have been allocated to hospital projects spearheaded by Kier Construction, while £115m was contributed towards its public contracts to build schools."

Dumfries is one of the most neglected parts of the world.

Above we see the famous and neglected fountain in the centre of Dumfries.

Dumfries, a very large town in Scotland, has no town council.

It has suffered from the closure of rail links, factories, shops etc.

Above we see the Arrol-Johnson motor works 1913 - 'Little Detroit' in Dumfries - now closed.

Dumfries used to have a number of manufacturing industries, but most of them are now closed.

Dumfries has always had its poor and malnourished kids, and it seems to be getting worse.

Nearly a quarter of children in the Stewartry live in poverty .

...

There is said to be vast oil wealth off the coast near Dumfries. But the military will not let it be brought ashore, reportedly.

Dumfries and Galloway has many very rich landowners, who pay little in tax, and who receive large subsidies.

  1. Feels as if Theresa May has been doing her best to sabotage Brexit

Just like how the French, Dutch and Irish national votes to reject the EU 'Constitution' and then EU Lisbon Treaty, were all sabotaged via devious tricks ... the Irish humiliated into 'voting again'

Economics writer Martin Hutchinson, a British exile in Poughkeepsie, New York, has made some interesting suggestions re Brexit

One is that Northern Ireland should be written off now, as the higher Catholic birth rate there, means that within 20 years they will vote to join the Republic in Dublin ... so it is pointless to twist Brexit for it

Hutchinson says that to prevent Brexit sabotage, May should exercise the royal prerogative for a prorogation of Parliament until 30 March, apparently May and the Queen can do this without debate ... Parliament can meet again after Britain crashes out of the EU, all done

And it would be like the Y2K scare 20 years ago, the fear-mongering exposed as laughably false

  2. No one seems to have adequately explained why so many industries in Britain have gone to the wall.
A possible explanation is...there is simply too much corruption in high places. Before a business can get really up and running vultures appear WHO cream off all the profit....Which inevitably saps the vitality of the company.
Then ailing businesses are farmed off to the likes Richard Branson (crypto) who use businesses to extract "concessions" from the government knowing that the taxpayers have to cough up to avoid a backlash from the public.
Contrast Britain with Japan...In the case of Land Rover....here was a brand with worldwide recognition BUT proper investment was never made (the profits went to the corrupt ruling elite rather than into R&D).
So Land Rover has been flogged off to an Indian company and huge money would have been.made by a select few doing this.
As a consequence....UN agencies choose Land Cruisers in Africa...The Land Rover is simply not up to the job....infact Land Rover Defenders (used for Africa) are no longer made.
All of this could have been avoided IF there had been good management.....but more importantly no corruption.
Just like in many third world countries Britain is weighed down with a corrupted elite...only A revolution might correct the situation....MIGHT.

  3. How apropose Aangirfan. Perhaps 'lingchi' or 'death by a 1000 cuts' would best describe Scotland's very own 'rust belt'.

Or, indeed, that of the West and it's ultimate and timely demise. The industries that underpinned the success of the US too, mothballed in 'mid town.

The mills that were a source of industry along the Scottish Borders, the steel industry, ship building, coal mining, fishing, car manufacturing and all sectors accross the spectrum are no more. All our infrastructure sold to ZOG corporation's (the dead speak).

Towns the length and breadth of the country are on their knees struggling to just break even. Town halls filled with ZOG Common Purpose infidels.

I believe the latest terminology used to describe some towns (like Dumfries) and their town centres is 'distressed retail'.

A multi generational, slow kill that is destroying community after community and town after town.

The ZOGs are strangling the West. The plan all along. In some cases where the punishment of 'lingchi' was administered, opiates were given to alleviate the suffering.

However, in this case opiates have been replaced by 'opioids' and are designed to increase the suffering.

Welcome to 2019. The ZOG (fake democratic) Waste-minster has just rejected the fake Brexit. The predictive programmed event playing out like a poor man's pantomime.

Cue the contrived collapse of what remnants remain of faith in Western Democracy.

May as well throw in the worst false flag to date in Nairobi. I lost count of the amount of journos, camera men and stills photographers all on site with the SWAT team during the event.

They also managed to have a 'white guy' taking photos of the 'live' event before they edited him out.

Record snow fall in Central Europe - (HAARP)?

Antarctica melting 7 times faster than had been predicted - so says ZOG.

2019 is proving (at this stage) to be yet another pile of ZOG tripe.

Remember if ZOG or ZOG controlled media tell us something - in fact, tell us anything - remember to invert what is being told and the truth will revealed.

An interesting year {lies} ahead. Remember if ZOG says it's true.......it's a lie.

    Peace to the humans.

  8. Off topic.

There's a lot of talk about race and I.Q. at the moment, especially on the Unz Review, so I've been putting this out -

Another nail in the coffin of the meritocracy.

Psychologists, like, Professor Hans Eysenck, used to say that the middle and higher classes were brighter than the lower classes because of the genes they had inhereted. But geneticists have now isolated the genes for intelligence and have found that they are evenly distributed throughout the population, i.e, the lower classes are just as bright, on average, as the higher classes. So what makes all the difference – environment, i.e, upbringing? And this could be the same for the races.

Also, our brains are neuroplastic and change according to the environment, plus our genes are programmable, which is known as gene expression, or epigenetics, which is also affected by the environment, and especially by early life experiences.

It’s better to be born rich than gifted

The least-gifted children of high-income parents graduate from college at higher rates than the most-gifted children of low-income parents.

If you’re so smart, why aren’t you rich? Turns out it’s just chance.

The most successful people are not the most talented, just the luckiest, a new computer model of wealth creation confirms. Taking that into account can maximize return on many kinds of investment.
