SALAD RECIPE
The following salad is designed to help cure certain ailments.
The salad may consist of some or all of the following:
1. One cooked sweet potato or ordinary potato or similar.
2. One cooked stock of broccoli and a small amount of spinach.
3. Some cooked lentils or beans.
4. A little chopped raw garlic.
5. Some chopped walnuts, or similar.
6. Some avocado.
7. Some smoked salmon or Tempeh or tofu or olives or cheese or all of them.
8. Sauce.
Add to a pan a little olive oil and the juice of at least one lemon (or use apple cider vinegar).
Add a little turmeric and other spices.
Add salt and honey.
Gently heat the sauce for just a few moments and at the last moment add a little dark chocolate which has been chopped up into small pieces.
9. Pour the sauce over the food after it has been arranged on a large plate.
