The BBC's Chris Denning (above) was a rent boy (boy prostitute) from the age of 13 until the age of 18.

His first radio experience was in the USA as a teenager.

He worked in Kenya for the British Forces Network (UK military).

He became a BBC disc jockey and later worked for Decca Records.

During the 1970s, Chris Denning and Jonathan King were part of a group of child abusers linked to a disco for young people [13] called the Walton Hop.

"The Hop was situated only five miles from Jimmy Savile's haunt the infamous Duncroft Aproved School.

"Who lives close to the Walton Hop?

"Well Max Clifford for one lives in Walton-Upon-Thames."

"And Cliff Richard lived about two miles down the road in Weybridge, "

(JUSTICE DENIED: The Walton Hop.)

Denning spent time in prisons in the UK and in Prague, which is a centre of child abuse rings.

On 22 May 2014, it was announced that Denning is to be charged with 41 sex offences [19]

    The People - November 25, 2001

KING was just one of an underground network of showbiz paedophiles involved in sex abuse and child porn.

The evil DJs, songwriters, rock stars and boy band managers hid their twisted sex lives for years.

Some of those who shared King's sordid lust have been nailed. But others are still getting away with it.

King, 56, was brought to book following a lengthy police probe into a tip that British perverts were operating in the Czech capital Prague.

Former Radio 1 DJ Chris Denning, 59, a friend of King's since the 70s, was jailed for four and a half years by a court in Prague last year on ten charges of sexually abusing young boys.

King's name was mentioned by one of his victims. Denning was in the original Radio 1 line up in l967 and worked with King as a record producer.

Denning, of Bracknell, Berks, has convictions in Britain dating back 30 years for sex assault, gross indecency and child porn.

***During visits to Prague seeking victims Denning befriended Britain's most wanted paedophile Warwick Spinks.***

Spinks, 35, was jailed for seven years in 1995 after drugging a 14-year-old boy and selling him to a gay brothel in Amsterdam. He served 30 months then fled the country while on parole.

Another ex-pal of King, songwriter and record producer Steven Jolley, was jailed for 18 months last month for indecently assaulting a 12-year-old boy.

Millionaire Jolley, who wrote and produced 1980s chart hits for Spandau Ballet, Bananarama, Diana Ross and Kim Wilde, was arrested at his mansion near Brentwood, Essex.

The raid was part of a probe into paedophile package tours to Prague organised by vile Spinks in which boys as young as ten were abused.

Jolley, 50, kept a collection of kiddie porn videos he had shot himself.

Sick photos and images of children are regularly exchanged among perverts, using encrypted internet websites.

That was the downfall of another former friend of Jonathan King last year. Rocker Gary Glitter, 57, was jailed for four months for having 4,000 child porn pictures on his computer.

King and Chris Denning helped Glitter launch his career. They also helped launch 70s band the Bay City Rollers.

King produced the group's first hit Keep on Dancing in 1971 and became pals with their former manager Tam Paton and drummer Derek Longmuir.

Paton, 61, was jailed for three years in 1982 for sex with underage boys.

Longmuir, 49, was convicted last year of having indecent photos, videos and computer discs of young boys and given 300 hours' community service.

Scotland Yard's Paedophile Unit is trying to build cases against other celebrity cronies of King.

***One is a well-known former Top of the Pops DJ who visits India in search of vulnerable youngsters.***

Another is a wealthy former manager of several top bands. He has money in a boy brothel in Thailand.

    Daily Mail - 18 June 2012
The day the brave Lady of Burma met the Hairy Cornflake: Aung San Suu Kyi meets Dave Lee Travis who helped her survive years under house arrest with his BBC World Service broadcasts

They seem like an unlikely pair. She is a pro-democracy campaigner turned global heroine, known by her followers as 'The Lady', while he is an ageing former Radio 1 DJ nicknamed the Hairy Cornflake.

But as Dave Lee Travis greeted Aung San Suu Kyi yesterday by taking her hand and kissing it they seemed like old friends.

Miss Suu Kyi met the DJ for the first time after revealing how his show gave her a lifeline during her years under house arrest in Burma.

The Nobel laureate had previously told how she listened to Travis – also known as DLT – on the BBC World Service while in confinement.

On a visit to BBC Broadcasting House in central London she briefly met the DJ, whose music request programme A Jolly Good Show she had said made her world 'much more complete'.

During their meeting, when asked if she knew who Travis was, Miss Suu Kyi said: 'I know, I heard you yesterday.'

The DJ told the Burmese opposition leader: 'It's just such a pleasure to meet you in person after all the nice things you said about the programme.'

She told him she was once 'thrilled' to have heard the voice of a Burmese boy on the programme.

'Well that's the World Service,' Travis replied...

  4. I worked in show biz during this period and this is just the tip of the iceberg.
There was a punk group called the "spunk Monkeys" the name taken fromboy brothel workers, the lads would perform in their underpants and all claimed to be ex rent boys, which was not true. they played many small homosexual clubs and i beleive chris denning and jonathan king were silent partners in the punk group,

  5. DLT and Aung Suu Kyi. So predictable.

  6. Aangirfan, you'll want to see this.

I'm sure you know child psychiatrist Dr Morris Fraser [Azimuth trust/PIE member/Kincora] was arrested in 1973 in New York City for being part of a boy sex ring.

Just been discovered that a man arrested with him then, George Grossman was on the staff of the Yale University Divinity School and was director of the Ecumenical Continuing Education Center in New Haven, Conn.

His full name was Parker George Grossman, writing books about globalism and the integration of computer with the world's churches. He contributed as well to the US Army.

He also went under the name Parker Rossman and wrote books about pederasty which were widely read by the PIE/NAMBLA people and was widely known with the BL activists. Another pseudonym of his was Jonathan Drake.

Please read comments concerning the Morris Fraser sex ring posted here to the end. Thx

  7. In the 1970s I took on a young 16 yr old boy as an apprentice painter - he told all of us that when he was thirteen he had been at Kempton Races clearing rubbish - on the way home, both he and his friend were thumbing a lift, they were picked up by Chris Denning in a Rolls - he took them to his home and abused them - he had promised to take them to the London studio of both Kenny Everett and Jonathan King where they were abused on a regular basis, they were supposed to be employed to make coffee and run errands. I asked the boy to go to the police, he refused as he said they were all too powerful - the boy was only with us for a few months as he was seriously screwed up in many ways.

  8. I was abused by Denning in the 80's, he's pleaded guilty. I'm sorry I kept quiet all these years, sorry for the other boys after me.
