Nope. They'd look more at home at a pantomime or a West End musical. The venue is not ideal for a 'rock concert' either. Seriously though when have you ever seen people dressed like that for a rock concert.
Evidently, the production team has done a great job 'casting' the crisis actors.
Clearly never got the memo saying wear loads of black stuff, don't bring your hand bags and try and look cool.

Indeed, some say the real person running Russia right now, is not 71-year-old Putin, but the little-known Jewish-heritage Prime Minister of Russia, 57-year-old Mikhail Mishustin, with Putin only a front man for the world. Mishustin is perhaps the great co-ordinator for the top Russian oligarchy.
In this photo, here's Mishustin on the left, and next to him Dimitri Medvedev who got booted out of the Russian Prime Minister job in 2020, so Jewish-heritage Mishustin could replace him. Medvedev's face says it all:
