Biden has said that he “loves Bibi [Netanyahu]”. He has also said that: “You don't have to be a Jew to be a Zionist. And I'm a Zionist”.

Last year Biden repeated a line he famously said in 1986: “If there were not an Israel, we’d have to invent one.”

Phillips is Jewish “and was acknowledged by the Minnesota publication The American Jewish World for serving on the board of Temple Israel in Minneapolis.” His mother is DeeDee Cohen.

KAMALA HARRIS

Harris’ husband is Jewish. In 2016 Kamala Harris “got key endorsements from California’s two Jewish senators — Barbara Boxer, who was retiring … and Dianne Feinstein ...”

Harris says: “…. [When] I visited Israel for the first time, I saw … the Israeli ingenuity that has truly made a desert bloom”. This ‘racist trope’ implies the land was empty or neglected prior to the arrival of Jewish colonists.

Harris is also a fan of the Jewish Supreme Court building funded by Dorothy de Rothschild, who was chairman of the Rothschild family charities in Israel. “The Court, like Israel, is a beautiful home to democracy and justice ….,” says Harris.

DONALD TRUMP
Trump “enacted a series of policies celebrated by the Israeli government and its supporters. He moved the US embassy to Jerusalem, recognized an Israeli right [sic] to settle in the West Bank, recognized Israel’s claim to the Golan Heights, withdrew from the Iran nuclear deal and brokered the Abraham Accords …”

Trump’s son-in-law is Jewish.

NIKKI HALEY

“Staunchly pro-Israel”, Haley “made defending Israel the centerpiece of her 18-month stint at the UN. She persuaded Trump to cut US funds for UNRWA, the UN agency that aids Palestinian refugees and their descendants; she vetoed the appointment of Palestinians to high-ranking jobs; and she snubbed diplomats from nations who voted against Israel.”

According to Haley, anti-Zionism is just another word for antisemitism.

ROBERT F. KENNEDY

Kennedy is “an especially staunch supporter of Israel”.

In 2023, during an event with Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, Kennedy said it was wrong to call Israel an apartheid state. “A major piece of my campaign will be explaining to Americans why that is wrong and making the case for Israel,” he said.

Kennedy is close friends with the president of the Zionist Organization of America, Mort Klein. Klein says: “I know Bobby Kennedy very well … I can simply tell you that Bobby Kennedy is as strong a supporter of Israel as anyone I’ve ever known.”
