If Borrell says that Netanyahu or any other Israeli can rule Gaza, then he must face immediate censure. Netanyahu is an absolutely inhuman animal unfit to rule any civilised nation and it is absolutely clear that the nation so unwise to let him be its ruler is now a totally uncivilised rabble of murdering animals.
Gaza must be ruled by Palestinians and Borrell must leave office for good if he says otherwise.
