There has been common belief that Israel - and Palestine before it - was a barren land with no options for real farming until the kibbutzniks brought it to bear bounty.
"This is simply incorrect," said Yahel Sharabi, a student whose grandparents were sent to the Israeli town of Dimona, back then no more than a transit camp made of shacks and dilapidated condos.
"They built this country no less than the kibbutzim did," Sharabi said. "They were used as cannon fodder and laborers so that the kibbutz people could say they dried one swamp and thus 'built the land,'" she added....
"Kibbutz members often serve as intelligence officers...
"Today's kibbutzim are the third generation of a glorious dynasty of racists who expelled the Arabs and dispossessed them of their lands," Sharabi said.

Sharabi is a Arabic/Jewish name, my guess is her grandparents were probably from Yemen and were used to clean up the land before it was handed over to askenazi Jewish community
Re Gaza Christian hospital hit, hundreds dead
(1) Hamas rockets are too small to do that kind of damage, especially a 'piece of a rocket' as said by some Israelis
(2) Military experts viewing video recognise the sound as likely a type of high-tech guided 'JDAM', Joint Direct Attack Munition', which only the Israelis have in that war theatre, and also meaning the target was intentional
The JDAM is a 'kit' on the missile also changing its aerodynamics etc making for a distinctive whistle sound - looks like this

There was an Israeli tweet with a video showing a 'Hamas rocket' hit but it was fake re the hospital, and Israel removed it
There was an Israeli tweet claiming there was a terrorist cell inside the hospital and that is why the hospital was attacked by Israel, the tweet was removed
