His rape accusations are highly debatable. Not siding with him, but we all know what some women are capable of.

The Eerie Synchronicity Surrounding Kobe Bryant’s Death
In 2011, Kobe starred in a major, star-studded advertisement to promote his Nike shoes and his new alter-ego: Black Mamba. Spanning nearly 6 minutes, the ad ended with Kobe fighting a “final boss” (played by Kanye West), who flees in a helicopter. What follows is now … eerie.
The helicopter explodes in mid-air and crashes on the basketball court. The ad ends with the burning wreckage of a helicopter.
In 2017, Kobe was featured in the adult cartoon show Chamberlain Heights … and he literally dies in a helicopter crash.
Then there’s this tweet dating from 2012 that went viral immediately after Kobe’s death.
On November 24, 2012, a user named @dotNoso allegedly posted about the 18-time NBA All-Star basketball legend dying in a helicopter crash.

Don't know anything about this man nor do I know him through his sport.
I read his apology and its quite clear (unlike his conscience). An apology of the type he issued through his solicitors in court makes it clear that his victim does not share his view of the event.
His behaviour was clearly predatory and (in my opinion) premeditated.
As the matter became civil and not criminal. A judge would be required to make a ruling and offer a decision based on the lower burden of proof.
If it were me (given the grovelling public apology), I would have no hesitation believing Mr Bryants victim.
A credible, evidential statement backed up with further evidence of a very sordid nature with medical proof of internal injury.
It is very difficult to get a conviction in cases such as these and proving events (legally) beyond reasonable doubt being the hardest part of all.
As for his rape accusations being highly debatable as the above comment suggests, read Mr Bryants apology. Mr Bryant doesn't even share that opinion.
Therefore, not highly debatable as you suggest. Even by Mr Bryants apology, asks us to accept a grave error of judgement and a terrible misunderstanding - at best.

Rape case aside, there also appears to be some weird 'Simpsons style' predictive programming and not believable stuff attached to the helicopter crash, thus further suggesting an event not fully understood as yet.
Of course, the MSM, the Grammy Event at The Staples Centre and some weird helicopter crash cartoon stuff is just another coincidence.
The other belief being it is a Jungian synchronicity event of more profoundness.
Please forgive me (in advance) for having the temerity to suggest an alternative headline that you may find in a UK tabloid.........................

The story of this crash begs questions.
Obviously helicopters can slow down forward speed completely and land vertically on any patch of land without obstacles which would be in the way of the rotor. In case of an unlikely engine failure, they can still land with a procedure “auto-rotation”, if they are high enough over ground. A helicopter would suddenly loose height in case the pilot would be incapacitated or the craft would have hit a high tension cable or similar. Contrary to the pictures shown, usually debris from crashed helicopters remain strewn over a relatively small area.
Was the helicopter blown up by a bomb or is this just another “daily hoax”?
