Alas, "Paris Attack Staged Photo found Using Google Earth" is a spoof and a complete waste of time that only muddies the water and discredits independent researchers.
If you click on "Show More" the poster reveals his fraudulent intention.
In the video you can see the vehicle actually remains in the same position with regard to the "No Parking" sign . The picture with the vehicle apparently moved just has extremely compressed perspective because it was shot from a great distance with a telephoto lens.
(Well, perhaps not a complete waste of time. It's interesting to see Google Earth used as a tool to explore the locale. Early on we had some BS from Gordon Duff that the pictures/videos weren't even shot in Paris. Since I've been infected by virulent strain of scepticism I have been unable to take anything at all at face value, so can't assume the Charles Trenet - La Mer/Mr Bean's Holiday HQ clip is simply a delicious morcel of light relief.
