There's nothing abnormal about the storm this weekend. I have seen 4 dozen or so of those during my lifetime. What's abnormal now is media hysteria.
There's everything abnormal about them. The weather is being modified on a very regular basis (the world over). We've all seen a few storms over the years. That's not what is happening now though.

This site lists the hundreds of ongoing geoengineering projects worldwide, including:
Solar Radiation Management, Stratospheric Aerosol Injection, Marine Cloud Whitening and many other so-called technologies being used all across the world today.
I strongly suggest visiting both these sites before frivolously dismissing the idea that a handful of storms is the norm. They ain't. They are being weaponised and being made more destructive.
Storms aside, Stratospheric Aerosol Injection and Solar Radiation Management are blocking sunlight from hitting the earth. Storms grabbing all the headlines are one thing, however when you truly understand what happens when you block sunlight week after week, you'll start to see the bigger picture.
The truth is we really don't know if it is HAARP or not yes we have seen many storms like this in the past but it's not so much the storm it's often the track the storm takes earlier this year in what proved a poor summer for most of the UK around April until the beginning of June we had at least 4 maybe more low pressure systems take a track from the Norwegian sea down the North sea to the low countries a very unusual direction which maybe you would see once a year at best or 2 years but not 4 or 5 in 6 weeks but some will continue denying the evidence of their own instincts and logic combined until we are sitting in smouldering ruins!!
