As the events in Dubai were unprecedented the official lie was....

"Experts cite climate change, not cloud seeding. DUBAI, April 17 (Reuters) - A storm hit the United Arab Emirates and Oman this week bringing record rainfall that flooded highways, inundated houses, grid-locked traffic and trapped people in their home".

However the very fact they admitted cloud seeding the day before and flight radar records prove this, I'm sure the cloud seeding was just a coincidence as 'correlation doesn't equal causation'.

After a hot summer in 2006 in UK 2007 was a disaster and started 6 consecutive below average summers 2012 being a repeat of 2007 for rain I remember thinking I bet it will be alright for the London Olympics which it largely was spring 2013 had the heaviest snowfall for many years 25 feet drifts in Northern Ireland would it be beyond the realms of possibility that Irish politicians talked to Irish American politicians to turn off the HAARP technology because after that we had our hottest summer for 7 years I read that year that HAARP was switched off for maintenance! Coincidence? so to see these rain events in Dubai Spain Central Europe Scotland North and South of England doesn't surprise me too much but I think there is more to come
