Why, in a piece about the USA, the inclusion of a photo of murdered teen Barnaby Webber, from the UK?
Such an inappropriate inclusion doesn’t inspire any confidence in the veracity of any other photos, information, or statistics in the feature.
In any case, Black Americans do not, AS A GENERAL RULE (there will always be exceptions), target for crime or homicide White people *on the basis of white folks’ skin colour*.
Instead, a criminal from a lower socioeconomic group — be he Black or White or Asian or Indian or Hispanic — selects his target on the basis of e.g.

has something that I don’t have (property or status) that I can desecrate or
steal? Or
(b) who lacks situational awareness & thus makes an easier target
for crime? Or
(c) what individual doesn’t have street smarts /physical brawn?
Or
(d) who is outside of my circle of family, friends & neighbourhood, and
thus an unknown stranger to me with no degrees of connection to people who
could identify me?
Violent criminals are disproportionately poorer than the general popular (as is well known) and it is for this reason that, in the US, violent criminals are disproportionately likely to be Black or Latino, since US Blacks and Latinos are disproportionately living in poorer neighbourhoods with greater air pollution and more unhealthy buildings, with worse schools, worse access to healthy affordable food, fewer opportunities for higher education, fewer decent jobs, worse access to libraries and parks, a much lower standard of policing and social services, etc. etc.
(All social problems with their origins in hundreds of years of White racism against Blacks.)
One is more likely to become a criminal if one is POOR, then, not because of one’s race.
And if a socioeconomically less advantaged person happens to target someone who is from a socioeconomically more privileged position, that is readily explainable without recourse to misleading suggestions of “black racism against whites”.
Criminality is not genetic to individuals or races.

Who let the woke white communist in? (Obviously suffering from both gender and ethnic dysphorias). What will we do to assuage her micro-grievance regarding the 'veracity of any other photos, information, or statistics in the feature'? Her triteness brought up part of my lunch; I can't believe she has ever visited here before, or read any of these posts here before, over the decades.
Genetics of dog breeds determines behaviour. Negroid genetics predispose to them to criminal activity. A combination of low impulse control and deficient abstract reasoning abilities when it comes to weighing future consequences and sympathizing with others. It's a lie to call them "equal" - that false notion only serves to generate in them resentment and racial animosity toward those that out-perform them in all metrics of societal success, which they suppose must be due to "discrimination" and "racism" or other factors other than their own lack of merit. Africans should live apart and govern themselves in ways that uniquely match their genetic distinctives. The same can be said for every race and nationality.

Blacks commit 55% of all US murders. More than all others combined.
6% of the population more than half of all homicides. I guess unconscious white bias and latent racism has a lot to answer for.
