The French left won first place in the seat count, tho they are quite split between the pro-Palestine left and the old pro-Jewish left
And the French Parliament as a whole is fundamentally deadlocked ... so Macron keeps power in his own hands? Was calling the French election, a brilliant piece of strategy by wily Macron the former Rothschild banker?
Lots of talk in both France and the UK complaining that the number of parliament seats is quite divorced from the popular vote counts, but it's not clear that proportional voting or other methods would actually fix political life
In UK, France, USA and other places like Germany, politics are simply polarised ... people 'win' like Starmer and Labour on a third of the voters, and half the country tends towards being unhappy and angry
