Amnon is a latter day Scott Ritter and Sy Hersh wrapped into one, scribe and publicist for the hegemon.
Neumann says:
“We shot into the air” ie not at human beings
“As usual the men (Arabs) ran away first. That’s what they do leaving the women and children behind”
ie. Neumann accuses the Arab men of abandoning their women and children, but why should such an aspersion be rehired from him when he already repeatedly stated his unit shot into the air.
As a reader is wont to say. Well, he was there. So there’s that.
