I use the internet to try to order some goods from a certain company. 

They cannot tell me how to pay or whether or not they have my order. 

Lots of companies are losing money because of the poor design of their websites

With most of these companies you are speaking to a machine or a girl from Poland?

So, I try to boycott the companies that provide poor customer satisfaction. 

Many other people do the same.  

The internet is collapsing?
