German police shut down Palestine conference
“In perhaps the most serious round of repression against Palestine solidarity organizers, German police on Friday shut down the Palestine Congress in Berlin, arresting several attendees and ordering delegates to leave immediately.

Nicaragua takes Germany to the ICJ for facilitating genocide
Germany is second only to the US as the largest supplier of weapons to Israel

Maybe HAARP. Possibly just good old fashioned cloud seeding. The comments section of the Daily Mail article had a good number of comments referring to this.

You get the idea. At least a bit of acknowledgement that the problem is both known about and manmade. A start at least. They never quite worked out that is where we get our crap 'new' weather from though.
