I'd take this guy's information with a pinch of salt. It's like the Swedish minister fearmongering with conscription stories. If any NATO country sends troops to fight Russia, it's WW3 and although that hides the pending EU economic problems, none of its forces are ready or well-funded enough to engage an enemy potentially supported by China.
WW3 has been pencilled in for a very long time indeed. As for their preparedness or capabilities, it is completely irrelevant if you understand the objectives and aims.
It's not about winning or losing per se. It's about taking part. The more white goy you can throw at a tank or leave to rot in a trench the better.
