Yes lithium orotate is what I chose to take as an alternative but yes I am on 10 cloves of marinated garlic a day & hemp oil & seeds. 

No need to take any medications for years now. 

Bi-polar is a gift it enables you to draw together the threads of a story that others cannot see. 

It makes for a great spy as Frederick Forsyth wrote about eg: "Sometimes his brilliance amazed even himself. His only slight concern was whether readers would be able to follow all the twists and turns of such delicate plotting ..."
