Do tell the Americans what 'the rule of law' means. It ,means that the USA can't dictate actions of a foreign government on their own land, when that action is peaceful. Oil exploration within Haiti's national borders is inalienably the right of Haitians to carry out and inalienably NEVER the right of the USA to comment upon unfavourably.
