Who is Elham Farah?
The Farah family is one of the oldest Christian families in Gaza.
For almost a month, Elham took shelter in one of only two churches still standing in Gaza along with hundreds of others to avoid shelling and shrapnel.
On November 12, 2023, Elham walked from the church to her home, but as she arrived at her building, an Israeli sniper was on the apartment’s roof and shot her in the leg.
When neighbors in the area saw Elham lying on the side of the road, they tried to go to her to offer aid, but they were shot at, too.
Elham died.

thankyou for this my church aranged a visit to the sites of the holy land, we were there as tourists
most of out party of 12 were pensioners and we were shocked at the hostility from the jews
the palestinians were fine and helpful
