On 9 11 1973, the USA toppled democratically elected President Allende of Chile.
After Chile's Allende’s initial refusal to resign, tanks opened fire, Air Force aircraft launched rocket attacks and bombed the presidential palace. Troops stormed in and Allende shot himself.
“What followed [the coup] was a vicious, decades-long reign of terror and repression during which tens of thousands of Chileans were killed, tortured, or disappeared by the Pinochet regime, which continued to receive support from the CIA,” as Common Dreams’ Jake Johnson has written.

'Libertarianism' is the extreme view of a state with almost no government services aside from police and courts ... no welfare, gov health care, food money etc ... total 'free market' ... but promising 'everything low cost' because taxes would be low, and no gov regulations limiting number of doctors etc ... and maximum personal 'freedom of choice' for guns, drugs, etc

Javier Milei has named two of his dogs 'Murray' and 'Milton' after the above Jewish libertarians.

He last July traveled to New York, visited the grave of Rebbe Menachem Mendel Schneerson, former leader of Chabad-Lubavitch.
Milei has said that his “two great allies are the United States and Israel" ... he said he would “delve deeper into his studies of the Torah, Talmud, and other Jewish scriptures"
