The dramatic and viewer-friendly ‘downfall of the independence movement’ Movie has achieved its blockbuster climax, with spectacular scenes of police outside Nicola Sturgeon’s home, meant to signal a definitive ending and the turning of a page.

These scenes are captioned ‘burial of the Independence movement’.

Numerous thrilling subplots — some of which have been slowly running for years while building momentum, others set in motion more recently and playing out faster — have all reached their dramatic zeniths this spring, *more or less simultaneously*, to create the meta-implosion symbolised by police outside Sturgeon’s home.

Only significant historical plotting, scripting, and scheduling choreography could make this happen. Masterful plotting and execution.

Boo, hiss, independence movement, police, fraud, Sturgeons, culture wars, acrimony, skullduggery, fraud, police, Sturgeons, etc etc…

Now here comes a knight in shining armour…
