School district "implemented a new program" for gifted children because the Jewish wife of the local Presbyterian minister said "the school district isn't lacking in programs for the learning impaired. It's failing the gifted students" of which her son was one and I was the other...IQ 155.
The S.E.A.L. program, seminar of elementary advanced learning, was administered by, you guessed it, a former USAF Intelligence Officer.
