FT PERSON OF THE YEAR

'Some accused Zelenskyy of an authoritarian streak. He fired officials for failing to produce instant results. An anti-oligarch law passed in 2021, although perhaps well intentioned, in effect gave the president arbitrary powers for pursuing personal or political vendettas.'

'Not only does the FT publish this propaganda, it deletes comments that show it to be lies. Shame on you, Ms. Khalaf!'

Art. 19 "The conditions determining the possibility of the use of nuclear weapons by the Russian Federation are:
...
c) the enemy's impact on critical State or military facilities of the Russian Federation, the deactivation of which would disrupt the response of nuclear forces;
..."

In other words, according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation, after the attack on the Strategic Aircraft, Russia has all legal grounds to use nuclear weapons.
