Essex Police are looking into the events in the lead up to Archie's coma in April 2022
Police enquiries are taking place into the cause of the injuries which led to the Southend boy's coma
Archie Battersbee was injured at his home in Alton Gardens on April 7.
They said: “We were called to concerns for the welfare of a boy by colleagues in the ambulance service at an address in Alton Gardens shortly before 4.15pm Thursday 7 April.
“We remained at the scene to support our ambulance service colleagues.

Southend is where Sir David Amess was murdered.
A spokesman for Essex Police said in a statement they were looking into what happened in the lead up to the incident.
