Dr. Charles Hoffe, who has been practicing medicine for 28 years in British Columbia, said he has given about 900 doses of the Moderna experimental mRNA vaccine and the core problem he has seen are microscopic clots in his patients’ tiniest capillaries.
Hoffe said the blood clots are “occurring at a capillary level. This has never before been seen. This is not a rare disease. This is an absolutely new phenomenon.”
The spike proteins in the vaccine become “part of the cell wall of your vascular endothelium,” the doctor said.
“This means that these cells which line your blood vessels, which are supposed to be smooth so that your blood flows smoothly now have these little spikey bits sticking out. … When the platelet comes through the capillary it suddenly hits all these Covid spikes and it becomes absolutely inevitable that blood clots will form to block that vessel.”
The most alarming part of this is that there are some parts of the body like the brain, spinal cord, heart and lungs which cannot re-generate.

“Blood vessels in the lungs are now blocked up. In turn, this causes the heart to need to work harder to try to keep up against a much greater resistance trying to get the blood through your lungs.

In a June report, Dr. Peter McCullough noted: “So, this is a very different type of blood clotting that we would see with major blood clots in the arteries and veins." McCullough has also openly stated that none of the Covid vaccines are safe for most people at little risk from the virus.

The scientific data based on very large clinical trials clearly shows that COVID-19 vaccines are effective in reducing infection and serious disease.
Updated Hospital Visitor Policy
As of August 11, 2021, new California Department of Public Health (CDPH) regulations require all visitors to the hospital to be fully vaccinated or provide a negative COVID-19 test result taken within the previous 72 hours. Fully vaccinated means at least 2 weeks after the final dose in either a 2 dose vaccine series (Pfizer or Moderna) or the single dose series (Johnson & Johnson/Janssen).
For a list of accepted forms of proof of vaccination, visit CDPH guidance for proof of vaccination. You can view your immunization record at kp.org or through the My Doctor Online app.
If you are not yet vaccinated, you are required to show documented proof of an authorized (not home-kit) negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the visit to the hospital.
We will allow for any exemptions outlined by the CDPH in the state order. Details may change over time.
This vaccination and testing policy applies to visitors to our inpatient hospitals. In addition, all visitors and patients coming to any of our facilities (both inpatient and outpatient) will still be screened for illness and required to wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status.
Vaccine Appointments
If you are not yet vaccinated, we urge you to make a vaccine appointment and get protected. The Delta variant spreads more easily, especially among those who aren’t vaccinated. Each person who is infected with the Delta variant is capable of spreading the virus to 8 other people. Research shows that the vaccines provide strong protection against new variants like Delta.

LifeLog aimed to compile a massive electronic database of every activity and relationship a person engages in. This was to include credit card purchases, web sites visited, the content of telephone calls and e-mails sent and received, scans of faxes and postal mail sent and received, instant messages sent and received, books and magazines read, television and radio selections, physical location recorded via wearable GPS sensors, biomedical data captured through wearable sensors. The high level goal of this data logging was to identify "preferences, plans, goals, and other markers of intentionality".[2] Another of DARPA’s goals for LifeLog had a predictive function.
