Lots of opiates and/or benzos or even alcohol can mimic the effects. A variety of dope and speed and related items are fed to children. Maybe he was on an Adderall type amphetamine ?

Really difficult to tell from a pic.

Hell maybe he was straight dope sick. Who the hell knows with these freaks and their offspring who gain subjective power by 'winning' American elections.

And, for what it's worth, Hillary is as much a devil as Donald.

I think Aangirfan is being wise to avoid the podesta/pizza'gate' debacle for the time being. The entire episode is one big psyop, let the little fish swim around in the shallows like me until the facts are in to let Aang take over.
