A superb documentary about Gaddafi. He was no angel, but he did more for his people than anyone else. People in the West say he was a ruthless dictator who killed lots of people. He was no doubt very hard person, but when you are in control of a country with such enormous resources you know that every bandit, scoundrel, mercenary, double crosser, low down cheating crook, and good for nothing scum bag in the world wants to get hold of that oil, and they will have the backing of the CIA, Mossad, and MI6 to do it. So you will have to watch your arse otherwise you could get assassinated.

Maybe so, but they are still double crossers. But I haven't read much about that, though, can you put out some links. I read Gaddafi's Green Book and it was excellent.

If the CIA/MI6 chose him the choice was good as apparently Libi warmed to him over the years. G’s first task was to form killsquads chasing Idris’s paedo fetish followers, then kicking-out the Yanks & Brit oil barons, AFAIK. His Green Book was quite revolutionary as was his Man Made River? G seemed to be using CIA/MI6 if they had put him in power but going his own way, perhaps they could see this and orchestrated stuff to blacken him over the years like Brit cop; Lockerbie; Berlin et-alia. When W leaders changed I think it became more ‘personal’ since the new avaricious leaders saw his gold reserves ready for the taking, presumably that’s why clinton was delegated to run the show. I still think he tried to do a deal towards the end with his, ‘friends,’ only to be drugged, tortured for his gold, then released to the mob in a drugged state for termination on the World Stage.
